i'm not sure what else to say, but hey, this is my page. so i get to have fun. i guess if you've clicked on anything you probably found out that i draw things. you know my secret. now you must die.

How long have I been drawing bad stuff? For a while. Yeah. I started out drawing comics when I was like, 3. Yeah. I mean they weren't any good, but I kept doing them because I thought they were funny. They got a little bit better as I got older, meaning people were able to read them and get the jokes, instead of smiling, saying "that's great honey", and then handing them back to me. Man how I hated that. I had some good material. I mean, I used to be horrible at drawing. People say to me DARWIN HW DO U DRAW SO GOOD LOL! and I say "OK first of all, I'm not that good. Second, you have to like it. Do you like drawing?" I usually get a response along the lines of "Mmmm, nah, I usually stop." Turns out, if you don't like drawing, you're going to suck for eternity. It doesn't matter where you start out, if you like drawing and keep doing it for reasons you cannot explain, eventually you'll get somewhere. I can't guarantee much though. I draw because it's fun and sometimes my drawings make people laugh, so I think that's incentive enough to figure I was meant to do this stuff. My name is Derwin, I was put on this planet early of '85. I love vintage video games as well as new ones. I'm a nerd so I love computers and working on them. One day I hope a buncha people will recognize me and let me publish a comic book. I'd consider my life accomplished if I did that. I'm serious. Hey, my life's good and drawing keeps me sane, so it's my favorite thing ever. If you like my robots and my comics, then hey, I've made someone's life a bit better. So I made a website, and even though I was proud of how it came out, I realized it was too busy looking and kinda hid the art. I hope this new one gets the point across better.
